The period-shifted time accounting function has been modified.

Our customers who work with period-delayed time accounting (Allocation Group - Period start day >0) have not been able to automate the leaving process to date. This is now to be changed with Update 5064.000.

Currently, the Allocated time from the previous month and the current leaving month are combined in the leaving month. The time items from both months are also added together. As the payroll managers often do not have all the times up to the end of the month at the time of the payroll run, neither vacation nor flexitime can be calculated and paid out correctly in the final payroll run. This in turn has an impact on the payment of the 13th Payday. In most cases, a manual calculation or an additional pay run was necessary.

The leaving month periods are now also settled with a delay. Provided that the Period start day >0 is entered in the Allocation Group under Billing method.

Example of leaving 31.10.xx

- In the month of October, only the September time data is processed. The leaving date is written to the payroll run list on 31.10.
- The October time items are processed in November.
- In the 'Get EasyRapport Entry' process, the October items for the person leaving are no longer automatically imported with the key date 30.09.
- The system now compares allocated and actual figures in the payroll run after leaving and posts the difference.
- The Auto Settle on Resignation now also works in the payroll run after leaving and can therefore be activated.
- The 13th Payday is taken into account in the pay run after leaving.

- The monthly salary and the Allocated Salary or child allowances, etc. are no longer taken into account in the pay run after leaving.
