We published the latest SwissSalary EasyRapport release on Thursday evening, April 4, 2024. The update includes many improvements and new features.

We are very pleased to present to you the new features implemented in response to customer requests, improvements, and further developments.

Midnight records

The stamping process has been completely revised.

Our adjustments include automated consideration of midnight transition. Subsequent manual corrections by managers or laborious clocking-out and clocking-in of employees at midnight are no longer necessary.

We incorporated shifts consideration and an improved calculation of automatic break deduction.

Login via Single Sign On (SSO)

The login process has also been completely revised.

The SwissSalary EasyRapport login security has been optimized. To ensure that the user is still logged in after up to four days of inactivity, they must check the “Stay logged in” box during login. Otherwise, the user will be automatically logged out when the browser is closed. Also, it is possible now to use Single Sign On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft Business account).

In addition, minor bug fixes and security updates were made, as always.
