There were errors with continuous service stations after the update to v2022.002.04. This affected both terminals and mobile devices where the browser was never closed. The errors are caused by the use of old EasyRapport versions. This situation will now be remedied with the installation of update v2022.002.05 on Thursday, October 27, 2022 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

We would like to point out that for smooth operation of SwissSalary EasyRapport after Update v2022.002.05, the browser must be restarted on continuous service stations like terminals or mobile devices. It is not necessary to restart the device completely.

With this update, we guarantee smooth transition to new versions in the future. The next update is expected in December 2022.

After update v2022.002.05, the users will be informed about the installed updates via a dialog box. The confirmation of the displayed information forces the page to be refreshed. Terminals independently recognize new SwissSalary EasyRapport versions and, in this case, automatically initiate a page refresh. This way, maintenance work is reduced to a minimum.
