If the server session is recreated weekly from a master image, the ELM configuration of the user gets lost. The ELM Transmitter then restarts always in the test environment . (visible in the bottom on the left on the ELM Transmitter)

This is because the ELM is stored its configuration in the AppData\Local and not in Roaming.

This can be fixed with a trick:

If an ELM-user has already installed the certificate, then the directory
C :\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\SwissSalary has to be copied away.

Then through the group policies create a rule that will copy  the "way copied" directory login back again to the correct place.
