Microsoft used to send tenant-specific notifications, such as information about updates to your Business Central environment, to the email recipients that were stored in the Business Central Admin Center under "Notification Recipients". In the future, these notifications will be delivered exclusively to the Microsoft 365 Message Center and the email recipients stored there.
