If you get an error while using the ELM transmitter called:
[EN00011]: An error was discovered processing the <Security> header
The reason is, because the time stamp of the operation system is not correct or matching the server. That shows up, if the system time has severals minuts late or ahead of the origin time. Please adjust the system time on the computer runs the ELM transmitter and try again.
A correct system time is needed for a valied certification.
