Digital accident reporting with KLE

 

KLE stands for ‘Customer-integrated Service Process from Claim to Provision’. It enables quick and easy recording and transmission of incident reports to the insurer, even if, for example, the course of events and the exact date of the accident are not yet known.

From now on, our customers can create their first accident reports completely digitally from payroll accounting. No further third-party systems are required. From the notification of the claim by the employee to the accident report and processing to the processing of the daily allowance in the payroll area, the entire process is carried out digitally via KLE.

Currently, only SUVA-insured companies can use KLE. We look forward to other insurers joining in the future. Talks with larger insurance companies are already underway. In addition to accident reports, illness reports could also be transmitted and processed via KLE.

Incident reports are pre-filled with the data of the employee concerned that has already been recorded in SwissSalary. Missing information is then largely filled out automatically. After electronic accident report receipt, Suva checks whether the company is covered by an insurance under Suva and automatically generates a claim number that is reported back by the system to the company in the shortest possible time.
