The SwissSalary Direct® fees are charged quarterly and only for the active employees registered based on your subscription (Basic, Plus or Advanced). A minimum amount of CHF 30.00 will be charged per quarter.

Description of SwissSalary Direct®
An activation is required to be able to use SwissSalary Direct®. All your employees receive a personal registration code on their payslip (paper form) used for SwissSalary Direct® registration. At the same time, they immediately receive a confirmation email sent to the address specified beforehand. After that your employees can use all the features of the SwissSalary Direct® package (Basic, Plus, Advanced).

With SwissSalary Direct®, complicated operations like printing, envelope inserting and document franking are a thing of the past, which eliminates administrative work from payroll accounting. You can make payslips, wage statements and other documents available to your employees online. SwissSalary Direct® can be operated in a web interface without installation using any Internet browser.

SwissSalary Direct® is available in six different languages (DE, FR, IT, EN, ES, PT). We offer the best security for highly sensitive data. All data is transferred in encrypted form using the SOAP and HTTPS protocols, and stored in one of the most secure Tier 4 data centers in Switzerland.

Dashboard shows all information to employees at one glance. They will be informed via email if a new document was added. Depending on the link sent, your employees can view, save and/or print the new document after logging-in.

With the SwissSalary Direct® Basic package your employees after logging-in can view, save and/or print the documents like payslips, wage statements, etc. made available to them.
In addition to the basic features (Basic), with the Plus subscription your employees can change their personal address or bank details on the timeline. The information is transmitted digitally to payroll department for checking purposes.
With the “Full-service Package” you can further increase the security of your employees’ authentication and provide them with an SMS code (2 Way Mobile Authentication). In addition, employees can send their documents directly to the employer. For example, medical certificates are filed and submitted by employees electronically.
